When we complained they said they didn't have any rooms like that. They blamed hotels.com for making their listing look like they had them, saying they couldn't list it accurately because of their limited listing fields. Well, we were deceived. It really looked like they had them on hotels.com. They said we couldn't...

"We arrived early, we couldn't use our room till 2p. But the did allow us to drop our bags in the room. Our daughter loved the pool, it was clean and well maintained. Order your breakfast the night before, or McDonald's is close by. We will definitely go back on our next trip."
