"We came for the sleepy town and leashless beaches, and included local tourism to beach days such as H2OBX which has a nice "vacation pass" for when beach swimming wasnt an option due to rip tides. We still had 3 really nice beach days which was a short walk away from the house. That being said there were some down sides. "The house was clean, access to beach excellent. The beach was busier than expected due to proximity to dense subdivision to the north. Shared pool and tennis courts were very nice to have. "
