Lots of parking, good restaurant on site, and really friendly staff who arranged a baby cot and chair well before we checked in! Only thing is the rooms have a slightly dated decor. Very small tvs and old style coffee filter. Might benefit from a small upgrade to nespresso and slightly better entertainment system. But these are minor issues. "We found the staff very friendly and the apartments very comfortable and excellent value. The position of the hotel by a small harbour was very pretty and it was very easy to go either into the town or explore the countryside. Our favourite part of the hotel was the pool which was very attractive indeed and easy to access from the apartments. There were shady and sunny areas by the pool. "

The beach is less than 10 min walk down the street; is nice and not too crowded, where I went twice in my 8 night stay as in the rest I went in excursions. "Overall it was great value for money and beautiful views from the balcony. Staff were welcoming. The room had good interior decor however we felt there needed to be further renovations to the hotel. It was quite noisy in the room from the main road traffic. The pool side area was very nice with great views. The beach was a bit unclean with cigarette ends etc but cannot always be helped I know. The breakfast was ok but the cooked produce could be improved as appeared dried out and unappetising....

"I booked 2 separate rooms believing the location was on Chania center as the map points to. But when we arrived to Chania and took a taxi, the location was much further out than we anticipated. Even right before I submitted my experience, the map still points to the center of Chania, but in all due respect, the staff were more than cordial and very helpful as they coordinated my excursions to the Samia Gorge and 3 more locations."

"Gorgeous hotel and pool area, rooms were spotless and modern, location was good for being close to the beach but there wasn’t a great deal going on around the hotel (I.e. restaurant or bars nearby) and the pool bar closed at 6pm, stopping serving food at 5.15. "
