"We booked while in Sa Pa as it was good priced and looked nice. We left Sa Pa a night early, so i messaged the hotel on whatsapp to ask if we could have a room that night also. They gave us a room for the extra night at very short notice. We arrived at almost midnight, but the manager was ready and waiting for us. He ran out and collected our bags and took them to our room then showed us around. He was a very nice man, with good english skills. The next day we had a fresh local breakfast and...
