We never received room service -I am assuming it may be because we never left our room before 11am, even though we removed the "do not disturb" door tag before leaving. All staff we encountered were extremely friendly except for one young girl at the front desk who was just "there" -never smiled, did not say much. The drink vending machine on the 3rd floor was completely out of everything. But all in all the stay was nice, the building was...
