"The swimming pool was ice cold, so cold you couldn't swim. The hot tub didn't work, that was the only reason i chose this location, because my kids like to swim. And i like to use the hot tub for my back i suggested it to the manager. To update the website, he got upset and told me he could give me a refund the follow day. I told him i wasn't going to loom at the last minute for another hotel, also we could smell weed in the hotel, and we also witness people smoking ourside the hotel "

"The location was great and parking was easy. Hotel staff was friendly and a very clean room. "

"The front desk lady was very nice, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. We all slept like babies, the room was super quiet and I couldn’t even tell there were other people in the building even though they were booked. And the blackout curtain blocked all light, I didn’t even know the sun came up until we opened it. Plus the checkout isn’t until noon , which was amazing to not have to rush and get out early in the morning. "

I tried to check out this am and the person at the front desk had no idea what to do. Didn’t receive a copy of bill. The room was extremely difficult to get a constant temperature where we like it. "
