"Had a lovely 2 night stay in cosy 1 over the weekend ..Tom and Rosie were excellent hosts and very quick to reply to messages Nothing negative to say as everything was as described ..everything was clean , comfortable beds and a great space to relax , close to everything and lots to do for the kids … We definitely recommend staying here and this will be our go to place when we are in Paignton again .. Once again thank you Tom and family for being so welcoming "

I had a single, ensuite room which was great as a solo traveller, not always this option at some hotels. Gary and James were very welcoming, cleanliness was excellent and a great breakfast. "This hotel is well located close to bus & rail stations and only a couple of hundred yards from the promenade and the pretty Victoria Park. As with the majority of property in the area this is an older style premises with the typical drawbacks like steep staircases. On the positive side though the owners have introduced modern adaptations like proximity lighting on the stairs, wall mounted TVs in the rooms and electric charging point on the forecourt.
