"I arrived at the hotel between 5:00 and 6:00 PM, there was no one at reception, no one answered the bell, I had someone who knew the managers call him no answer. Waited 1 1/2 hours,no one showed up so we had to make other arrangements. This was a 2 hour drive causing us to miss seeing several historic sites we wanted to see. "We showed up on the wrong date, we speak no Greek, the owner and staff, not expecting guests, spoke no English. The property owner and manager bent over backwards to accommodate us even though, we are pretty sure, they were just planning on a quiet night without guests. Can’t thank them enough for making us feel welcome and at home."
