"Stayed here as a single parent with my daughter. Cheap and cheerful right next to the atomium. Tram stop right outside to get to everywhere we wanted to go. The man on reception didnt speak much english but he was lovely, very polite and kind to my daughter. Very welcoming. Would stay again "

"After being given rooms which had not been prepared or cleaned, we were moved to rooms which had been prepared. The breakfast choice was very good and plentiful and the restaurant at night offered good meals if you didn't want to travel elsewhere. Overall experience was good and staff were always helpful."

"Great location, very big and spacious but stains on the seating were very noticeable and light didn’t work in one toilet TV but no tv remote "

"Would be 5 stars except my phone was attacked 4 times over the network. Each attack required a hard reset to unlock the phone again. This is a network issue with their network. Stay in airplane mode while at the hostel. If the attack had succeeded I would have lost my phone and bank accounts."

"Simple room with proximity to Brussel central station. Noisy in the night due to location, and also smells like a mix of food (I hope due to the room facing the backyard to many restaurants). No noise insulation, workers drilling for 1 hour at 9 in the morning across the hall. I was able to leave my luggage after check out. "

"The room was a decent size as well as the wash closet. The tub was deep so I was able to take a comfortable bath after a very long road trip. I would absolutly book here again. "

I had messaged to ask if there was a hairdryer before our trip. AI said yes but when we arrived there was no hairdryer. Several messages per day received only AI replies and it was never resolved. Go prepared to have no help when needed."
