"I would have given the Days Inn by Windham Hershey a 5 if it wasn't for plunger in sink not operating properly. We did contact front desk and maintenance promptly corrected. The room was connected to another room with a crossover door. The occupants of that room were very loud until 2am with slamming doors, hallway activity, and much chatter making a good nght sleep impossible. "

"The room was spacious and clean. The bed was big and more than comfortable. The water was always hot, and the shower stream was great. It's nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. The continental breakfast was adequate but not overly impressive. The TV remote never worked properly - I went to the desk and they gave me another remote but after a short amount of time the second remote did not work either (it kept saying both remotes needed new batteries but they wouldn't provide new batteries)...
