"I was really looking forward to my stay at the Stella Hotel in Goraya .The hotel needs to invest in staff training - Clearly not there . Some Examples , At Breakfast there was hardly more than 6 guests at anyone time - but the whole breakfast function is so dis-organised . There are 3 flasks . "Property was clean but it could do with more indepth cleaning i.e. ensuring each table was cleaned thoroughly and glasses were cleaned in dining area. "I had a reservation on 17-sept till 28 sept and allready paid online. When we were there at hotel maharaja the hotel is not the same like from the pics from hotel.com.
