Its a bit echoey so you hear doors slam alot but thankfully i seemed to.share my floor with families and couples so it was general noise but if there had been young ones partying it would have been a bit of a nightmare. "Staff was very friendly and accomodating, which is the most important point for me. Bonus points for the gym. There is a kitchen available to make meals and watch TV. I liked the location as well - calm, quiet and with public transport nearby. "
