"The hotel itself is very nice it might even be new. They do housekeeping every other day which was fine we were there 3 days so housekeeping the middle day was fine with me. The 2 things I did notice was the last 2 days of my stay the breakfast was wiped out and not restocked. I also picked this hotel because it had a hot tub which was broken the entire stay. If your kids like a big pool this one is not real big so we chose to not use it and just to use the nearby hot springs instead."

"We've stayed here twice, and the staff has always been super friendly and helpful. The beds are too soft for me and I leave with a sore back, but the price, location, breakfast selection and staff make up for it!"

"Great location just off of Main Street in Westcliffe & has a spectacular view of the Sangre de Cristo mountain range. Self check-in was fast & easy. I would stay here again."
