"We booked into this property , we were not told in booking that renovation work was being carried out which was very inconvenient. You had to access hotel via underground car park . Air con/heating system in room did not work first night was positively cold despite a spell of good weather a heater was provided . The water for showering was cold/ lukewarm. . We stay often at Crawford burn another Galgorm hotel which is more suitable for couples for a relaxing stay.overall nice overnight stay and good value for money. If you were going with a couple of kids ideal."
