"The property is just beautiful, in such a quiet area with we loved but only 5 mins from the local amenities. Has all the facilities we could have wanted and needed, even down to family games for the wetter days. Kids loved the pool and play area too! The stay was perfect for us all! "

On arrival access was problematic and achieved only with the help of another visitor. Eventually one (extremely surly) staff member with poor attitude opened the door and dismissively pointed to envelopes containing the room keys before disappearing in a cloud of disinterest without providing the front door key code which the other...

"We had such a delightful stay at this lovely hotel - a beautiful setting, extremely comfortable rooms and public spaces, and exceptionally attentive, helpful, and friendly staff. She doesn't speak French, so she was very impressed with the staff ability to communicate with her and help her with all her needs. Customer service is what made this property to stand out.
