This hotel was the perfect place for us to stay during our 2 days in Tucson: clean, comfortable, and convenient, with several good restaurants within walking distance. When our train back home was cancelled and we had to leave a day earlier than anticipated on another train, the hotel management cancelled our last night’s booking with no hassle. All the hotel employees were helpful and considerate. We’ll stay here again! "

"Wow - what a disappointment! I didn't expect much for the price point but, geez. The floors were quite dirty - glitter, dust, long hairs, baseboards unclean. The chair for the desk had food stains all over it. The beds did not have bedskirts so the steel frames were exposed. Very poor house-keeping. No tip. Breakfast set up poorly executed: no pastries and no OJ. Love the waffle machine!"
