The building is an old convent/monastery and the rooms have all been modernised with very colourful furniture and decorated in a very unique way! The room and bathroom were quite large and they were very clean and well maintained. There is a nearby terrace on the first floor next to the rooms where you can see Florence in the distance and also the gardens, patio and olive garden that surround the hotel. The property was beautiful! We loved our view from the kitchen window. The apartment was well stocked and the pool was lovely. She even had a taxi deliver a work bag for me after I forgot it in my hotel room!
