"The reception, buffet/restaurant areas are super modern, the hallways and all the up until the room door are excellent. However the bedrooms need updating asap. There is no water, coffee facility, there is only soap available, hairdryer and phone in the room. The condition of the walls, ceilings, carpet needs some work as it looks so dated. The bathroom was modernised but the walls showed humidity on the bottom and I even found a spider in the sink one morning. "

"This place was awful. NO AIR CONDITIONING which is not mentioned anywhere on Expedia. Apparently, Expedia has that info but not listed anywhere. Would not have booked this place if I had known there was no air conditioning. No fans either and on top of that window was broken and couldn't be opened. Temp was close to 80 when I got there. Expedia was of no help finding me another room. Left within an hour of arriving. Temp next day was 102 degrees. Unacceptable at any price."

"I had a booking at Come Inn seisembra for tonight 7/29/23 and conditions were deplorable and I could not spend night there with my senior parents. The beds had a blanket as a bottom sheet. Bathroom was disgusting with mold and just awful. 90 degree weather no air conditioner. Expedia should not have this place as a place for visitors to stay. "They gave us a wrong room with shared bathroom so we had to stay for one night not two, no staff at night or at check in. Other rooms are great and good people. Need a refund for the cancelled night. "
