"This hotel was a great place for nite with my husband. The jacuzzi tub was so relaxing that was in our room. We used to go to another local hotel for our nite getaways, but it has went way down hill in cleanliness. So this is going to be our new couple getaway for us. Thank you."

"Jon at the front desk rules!! Very friendly and welcoming, we looked forward to seeing him every night. We were in town for a funeral and he made us feel welcome. Hotel room was nice, pool was cold but my daughter loved it. We would stay again if the need arose."

"The room was very clean and neat. There were a couple of problems. The first was that the heat would not stay on. It could only be set for automatic and had a movement sensor. Despite doing a dance in front of the sensor we couldn't get it to stay on. It would stay on a couple of minutes and then turn off. To get it started again we had to raise the heat and do the dance for a few more minutes of heat. The room remained cold through the evening. Inexplicably it seemed much better the next...

"I began my stay at the Super 8 on New Years Eve and stayed for 5 nights ... The rooms were very clean and smelled good. Everything was great. The gentleman at the Front Desk was polite and friendly and not only was he accommodating to our needs he was understanding about our situation and worked with me when he didn't have to. Thank You for that, it definitely made an impression and I will certainly stay here again! The only thing I struggle with is the daily pet fee at $30/day. I understand...

"It's a good place to book for a quick stay. I called on a package that arrived a day after I left; the guy who took my call was rude. I asked about the status of my package and he had no clue. Picturesque Home on Lake Michigan w/ patios, gas grill & WIFI

Wonderful get away

"Amazing home and beautiful property right on Lake Michigan. We didn't need to bring any of the usual items such as toilet paper, paper towel and trash bags, as they were plenty of each. Kitchens were well equipped with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, silverware and utensils. Only a few minor problems. We could not get the codes to work for check-in, but was resolved with a couple of calls to Vacasa. There was a dirty towel in one of the bathrooms and a dirty pot on the stove in the kitchen. We also had a problem with the 2nd floor bathroom sink, which became stopped up and had to be plunged. Otherwise, the house was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of seating in the main areas. Beds were comfortable. We are looking forward to coming back!"
