"We had a very nice size room. 3 double size beds but one could use new mattress. The bathroom had 2 showers and the best water pressure for the shower heads. Staff kind and considerate. Continental breakfast was good. Coffee readily available "

"The place was clean and the staff was friendly. Overall it was decent but there were a few things that could use improvement. The beds were a bit springy and not the most comfortable. The pool was not very clean. And the room felt very humid/ damp. We only stayed one night, though, so it was fine for us"

"Wonderful warm greeting from Ashley and quick check-in. The room had everything we needed. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast, with cinnamon buns served from the tin they were baked in. Good dinner places nearby. Across the street is Castaway Bay and the pretty Castaway indoor waterpark building."

"Beautiful location. Only thing that was frustrating was no remote for TV and when we asked the front desk she said someone would be up to bring us one and no one ever showed up. Also when we wanted to use the hot tub and jets were not turning on and again asked the front desk for assistance and said she would have maintenance help us and again no one ever showed. Beautiful hotel just poor customer service."
