No telephones in the rooms or lobby. Wifi--yes. They gave me a key to enter from the street. The room and maid service were fine. If the rest of Soria hadn't been sold out, I would have chosen another place to stay. At best, this is a hostal, but minus most hostal services. "

Finally got response an hour later. No one actually on duty the whole two days we were there. WiFi goes down at least twice per day, sometimes for hours while we ry to contact someone to fix it. Room cramped, shoddy; everything done as cheaply as possible, and badly. Sign above 'reception' desk requests 5-star review,...

"The hotel itself was nice enough but we were very disappointed on arrival to find that the bar and the restaurant were both closed for reasons my Spanish was not good enough to understand. The promised restaurants in the village turned out to also be closed but we were eventually able to find some snacks at a bar. Having specifically booked a place with bar and restaurant it is very annoying to have to traipse around finding something to eat after a day's travelling. "
