"It’s brand new. Nothing is to be charged to the room. Everything in the building is separate entities. One restaurant was never open. Breakfast was cheapest hotel buffet I’ve seen, quality was above average, but worth the price. Air conditioning was off so the room was 80 Fahrenheit but they did bring a fan and we opened the 12th floor window for cool air. Very nice facility but left something to be desired. "This hotel is more for a convention purpose. Not family friendly if you are traveling with kids. Also during the winter all the hotel rooms share the same room temperature which for my family was a bit too hot and stuffy. Found weird that we were not able to turn on the AC. "The suite room was a good size for my family of 6. The free breakfast is the same everyday with eggs, orange, and prepacked food - this did not meet our needs as we needed a more wholesome breakfast. Nonetheless, the staff were really eddicient and friendly."
