Getting an elevator was impossible, everything was completely packed. We had to take an elevator down to the lowest parking garage floor to be able to ride back up to our room. "Located right across from the food markets in the Nampo area, this hotel is very close to lots of food options. 10 minute walk to BIFF Square for shopping and more food. 20 minutes to Lotte Mall. The hotel room was reasonably sized for 4 people. No black tea available (although to be fair this seems to be unavailable in many Korean hotels), no extra pillows available. The bathroom is quite spacious which is a change from other Japanese and Korean hotels we have stayed at. Just don't get caught...
