"The staff were absolutely wonderful, especially Maria Jose and Elvis at reception. The rooms were clean except for the sofa in one of our rooms which was quite dirty and just covered with a blanket. It looked like it could have been mould but it didn't smell. Aside from that, the food at the restaurant is lovely, lots of choices. The servers are great, all of them, and the chef came out to chat to us after we had our meal. Overall just a really nice, friendly environment. Beautiful gardens....

"Llegamos y la casa aparentemente estaba bien, pero al hacer uso del baño la cisterna quedaba derrochando agua de manera contínua, nos fuimos a duchar y no había alfombrilla para la salida, quisimos poner el televisor y no funcionaba, no pude deshacer la maleta pues no había perchas en el armario, preguntamos si era posible quedarmos un día más y ya estamos en casa y aún no nos han contestado."

"The hotel bills itself as 'adults only' which means it isn't suitable for families, but it is a lovely hotel for a couple wanting to explore the strange and wonderful town of El Rocio and the surrounding wildlife of Donana National Park. "The hostal is clearly set up for the massive influx of people who come for the annual religious festival. Outside of that time very quiet and rather spooky. Endless empty corridors leading to spartan and dated but functional rooms. There is no service as such. Collect the key from a booth a cross the road. "It was apparent time and money had been spent on improving appearance of property, but not in demeanor of host. As soon as I had WiFi I tried to contact Expedia and having no success I went to Airbnb. I immediately booked another property in Sevilla and left within thirty minutes.
