"The property was very clean. The apartments seem to have been recently updated and are very modern. It did seem to be noisy at times due to the area. There were mini split A/C in every room as well as TVs. It is an excellent deal for the price paid. Very close to the docks where we went fishing. I would definitely stay there again when going fishing in Rocky Point."

"Pros: Recently remodeled, well stocked kitchen (dishes), extra half bath in 3rd bedroom, plenty of patio furniture to entertain on balcony, and VERY clean (this property uses Casago which has a very detailed cleaning check-sheet).Cons: bed in master was too firm to our liking, Casago for check-in where you have to go to the Casago office in town to check-in, and Casago forgot to leave a key for gym access.Over all: I would stay in the room again. Check-out with Casago was an easy phone call. And...

"Initially we were told that the pool was heated then we couldn’t use it bc it was dirty, then we just couldn’t use it bc they couldn’t fix it then it was never heated. That’s fine. I was told there was a heater day one and we never found it and they had no blankets just a throw in two rooms. Then I was told they had no heat we were freezing to the point I got sick. We had to buy blankets bc it was too late to cancel and get a new room. Besides the house being nice that’s the only good otherwise...

"I absolutely loved this home, the hot tub was so relaxing and the setup is very comfortable. The view of the beach and ocean was breathtaking. So clean and so many conveniences like coffee and water. It's located on the bay past the resorts, so it has a safe feel to it. Definitely will stay again. "
