"Everyone was wonderful! The place was very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The beds were really hard and uncomfortable and the TV wouldn’t work. Normally neither of those things would matter much because you want to be out and about at the beach but we had bad weather and spent a lot of time inside. "

"I arrived to check in on the afternoon of the 28th to find an empty reception desk. A maintenance worker kindly did what he could to help me and the other customers piling up at the reception desk since its attendant was gone for a good 20 minutes (no sign, no explanation). "They place is confortable enough, the location is great, just about a block from the beach. Our apartment had a distinct smell from the sink, candles needed.... Before You book, make sure you bring your own linens, no towels or sheets included, they offer them for Rent. Overall, just ok. Piriapolis however, is a great place to vacation."
