"The hotel is Ok but the staff has made no effort in resolving an issue about charging me double for my room. By default the Expedia online system selected one room and 2 people and I was alone. The price shown before I pressed the RESERVE bouton was shown as $48.00 CAD but when i received my receipt, it showed double the price for a second person. "Do NOT stay here. After a year of traveling throughout Latin America, this is the dirtiest and least safe place I have stayed at. I won't waste more time going into countless details however I'll mention one thing: the exterior window was broken. The hole was big enough that someone could reach their arm inside and unlock my door. This was one of the many things that caused me to pay for another place for the night."
