"When I called to inform them I was bring a dog, they never mentioned a fee but when I arrived they charged me almost as much for a pet fee as the room cost. "

"I had the airport shuttle pick me up Monday night. It was not the Tru Hilton van, had other hotel names on it. The driver said they switch around and he was supposed to take me there. As a single, older woman, I was nervous and wished the front desk staff person would have told me it was a different van."

"We stayed one quick night after landing late, lost ski equipment, and bad weather shutting down the roads up to our resort. Although the property didn’t look the best, the room was clean and the beds were very comfy. Breakfast was basic but it was adequate for a quick night stay! "
