"While I did enjoy my night at Microtel and would definitely recommend it, there are a few minor grievances that I have. The first one was that I felt that our room had the lingering spell of cigarette smoke, despite being a non-smoking hotel. We kept our room window open for a few hours in the afternoon and it seemed to alleviate the smell, so we thought all was good. "Danielle was awesome!! We had a tiny issue checking in as we booked through Expedia and Danielle was exceptional in helping me work through it and deal with Expedia. The breakfast was decent enough. The coffee in the room is gross. I didn’t like that here is no vent/fan in the bathroom. I will stay again the next time I’m in town. "

"Location is great, easy access to hwy, school and shopping. Staff is very nice. Bathroom needs a refresh. Room door does not give patrons a safe feel, as there are pry marks. The door has issues closing properly without a good push. The secondary locking mechanism is bent. They can definitely do better clearing the snow and ice in the parking lot. "
