"So the double rooms have three beds in them, and the triple rooms also have three beds in them… there is no difference between them besides the cost. The lad on reception has no clue about anything. On the first day we asked about rental shops for skis and they said they’re nothing in Saint Etienne, only to find one right by the ski lift! I extended our stay by 1 night and annoyingly had to change rooms after the first night. Our first room was alright, they were rationing the toilet paper...

"I'd say that it's a very nice budget type hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. You can get a good breakfast and dinner at their restaurant (if you pay extra). There isn't much to do around in the evening. It's about 10 minutes walk to the village, but there isn't mich there either. One thing I don't understand is why people put a (transparent) window in the bathroom, without any blinds, facing the backyard. "

"personnel très sympathique, agréable et professionnel qui compense la vétusté de l’hôtel et le manque d’entretien: jacuzzi qui fuit dans la salle de petit déjeuner, pas d’eau chaude ni de pression pour la douche du soir, fuite d’eau du toit dans la chambre ….personnel à l’écoute mais impuissant… À noter également que les zones communes (piscine réception salon…) sont totalement fermées de 12h à 16h. "Had a good stay. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the bsthroom good. A few things could have been better. One light didn't work (not terribly important). One window didn't lock (important) and another was difficult to lock. It was a little noisy early in the night in the central town square, but for most of the night very quiet. Lovely views from the room. "
