"Everthing was perfect for our stay. At check in the staff were quick & helpful.The location tranport links & shopping were excellent. Although not a unsurmountable problem. I would have preferred the shower door not to be totally clear, it made privacy difficult. "

"Check in was at 3pm, the room assigned wasn’t clean, was given another room that wasn’t cleaned. Third room they gave me had broken drawers, you couldn’t fit around the sink to get to the toilet. The shower had mould in it. Reception guy had a tracksuit on and his personal beat headset on his head when he eventually appeared and the manager hung up the phone on me when I called the number at the desk to check in.
