"Rooms allow smoking, so has a strong smell. The room was very hot and we were unable to change the setting. No staff working at all past 11pm. Very strange."

"Had a fantastic stay at The Mumum! Very clean and well kept property conveniently located close to all of the sites in the Jeonju Hanok Village. The host and hostess were so kind and helpful. A very large and delcious breakfast of fruit, rice cakes and rice was brought to our room each morning. The hostess was ever helpful - showing us directions, calling taxis for us, and even gave us a bag of oranges and chestnuts to snack on the day we went to Naejangsan. "온천은 좋았으나 콘도가 너무 오래되어 깨끗하지 않았다. 구매한 아침식사 질도 좋지 않았다 특히 1회용 세제를 구입할수가 없어서 세탁기를 사용할수 없어서 너무 불편했다"

"This property was in a beautiful location however the suites were not clean or comfortable. The bed sheets were old, stained and torn and the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. The pool, tub and bath area smelled like sour drainage so a bath was not an option yet something I looked forward to and paid extra for. I found a poisonous centipede in my suitcase and my friend had a rat in the ceiling of their suite. In addition there are very few restaurants or cafes that are available or open...
