The hotel was an ideal place to get to Giverny easily and we enjoyed 2 full days in Giverny, including a visit to Monet's garden and house. The château de Roche Gayon was a most interesting piece of history in the Seine Valley. "

"For the first time I shared a room with my 11 year old grand child and was disappointed with the size of the room. Very clean but beds might as well have been one double - you couldnt separate them because they were together in a head board arrangement."

"Stayed in the family suite, two rooms and a tiny shower. Broken window held together with duct tape. Facilities were clean in the room. Very small and hot. Staff did bring a fan for one room. No toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived. There appeared to only be one lady doing her best to manage lots of guests. Breakfast was disorganised and not enough crockery, we couldn’t all have cereal because there were no more clean bowls. The location was close to a few shops and restaurants but...

"I booked the property on the basis that it had a restaurant. This was closed on Fridays - this was not evident at time of booking. Bath panel looked like it had been made of chip board panels as did the bathroom door. "

"Nice and simple. Nothing amazing, but nothing bad. However, they didn't have our hotels.com booking in their system when we arrived. Fortunately, they had enough rooms for us and kept the rate agreed."
