"The only good thing about this hotel is that is conveniently located. We travelled as a family and booked two rooms late check-in went smoothly. We were shocked to find there were communal showers and toilets did not feel safe and the Rhoomes were smelly and quite dirty. The mattress was uncomfortable and the sheets did not feel particularly clean and were very itchy. One room has marks on the ceiling the other had graffiti on the walls and television screen."

"The lady on reception was lovely and very helpful in changing my room from one with a bath to one with a shower. Unfortunately the hotel itself looks very tired from the outside and is the same inside and there was a strong and unpleasant odour throughout the hotel.. Although the property and sheets were very clean I just couldn't bring myself to stay the night andl despite having paid for the room in advance I checked out and went to a Campanile 20 miles up the road.
