The staff are really friendly, and I enjoyed getting to know them. The beds are comfy, and the small rooftop pool is lovely. I've stayed here 3 times now, and I will definitely come again! "

"Great hotel with awesome rooms. Comfy beds, wifi. Great views. Short walk down to the beach, amazing hosts. It was my first time to chacala I loved everything about it. The restaurants in the area are a bit limited in their menus unless you love seafood. Next time we will bring our own food to cook. It’s worth coming back too. "

"Overall, the staff was very friendly and tended to our needs. The place is built new but the design in the shower could use some work (water got all over the restroom floor). We did eat the food which was excellent at the restaurant. The beach is a short walk away. We would stay again for sure."
