Me dejaron en la calle a las 5 de la mañana con un frío polar cuando tenían la posibilidad de dejarme sentarme en un sillón de la recepción esperando la salida del sol para ir a buscar una cafetería y desayunar. Se negaron a limpiar la habitación durante varios días, tuve que solicitar el servicio de limpieza que, en cualquier hotel del mundo, se da a diario sin necesidad de pedirlo.
