"I was told I was to receive a refund because of cancellation on their part and they did not honor it. The property was filthy and a lot of drug addicts and prostitutes. The rooms are dirty and horrific. Customer service was horrible. The front desk people were very rude. I would not recommend any human or animal to stay here"

"hotels is a whole have kind of gone downhill lately and so I was thrilled to find how fabulous this place was. Top-notch staff, amenities were great, the room had really fabulous view, and just two blocks away was a very beautiful walking trail along the river. my one complaint would be that parking is pretty expensive if you park in the hotel ramp and it's really your only option. bed was super comfy, shower was super modern, facilities were fabulous and it was really high-quality stay. "

"This hostel is in a great spot and the facilities are nice - there’s even a speakeasy on property. Some notes.. I wasn’t aware it’s an all ages hostel so there was a wide range of ages in the shared room. Also we had a disruptive guest in the room and it wasn’t clear how to circulate concerns/security. "

"Excellent space...clean and exactly as described! Love all of the special touches in the unit. We were in a downstairs unit which was perfect for my husband's medical condition. However, we're not used to the noise from upstairs. This was the only downside. We did enjoy the neighborhood and the nearby bookstore was amazing!"
