"We had such a wonderful time staying at Patchen Hill Farm! The old-fashioned house and decor were like stepping back into a different time. The property was absolutely beautiful. We had a lot of fun exploring the property and identifying many of the trees on the farm. If you want to disconnect and relax for a weekend (or longer) this is a great place! "

"Charming cottage with beautiful lake views. The owner was friendly and extremely accommodating. She made us feel VERY welcome! The space worked well for us, but just a note for families with small children who will be sleeping in the bunk room: the privacy screen does block off the area but it opens right into the living room, so won't do much for noise/light. Overall, we are very appreciative of your gracious hospitality! Thank you!"

"Our group stayed Friday night through Sunday morning. Our cottage was very clean and beautifully decorated. There are multiple cottages on the property with grills, picnic tables, a communal fire pit, as well as docks if you will be bringing a boat. Rachel was very prompt at answering any questions we had. "This property is a great little find just steps from the beautiful Chautauqua Lake in the quaint town of Mayville. Perfect location to walk to the park and restaurants. The place is very comfortable with anything you might need to make your stay enjoyable. Vanessa was responsive and helpful, and even helped me locate some items that got left behind. "Our first (and certainly not last) visit to Chautauqua could not have been more pleasant, in large part to this great property and the helpful owner. A vast array of things to see and do are a short drive away. However, "doing nothing" just sitting on the balcony and enjoying the lakeside view was another appreciated option. Best VRBO experience ever!"
