"I booked a room for one night through expedia. I arrived at the hotel for checking in and I was told to wait for half-an-hour until my room is cleaned. I wanted to give them enough time and told them I would be back in a couple of hours. I came back in 2 .5 hours and the lady told me that my room is yet to be cleaned and I cannot check-in. The personnel was not the friendliest either. We finally agreed to cancel my reservation and they told me I should do this through expedia. I called expedia...

"Well, the ocean view is beautiful The stuff specially the chef who is 24/7 there and does not leaves the property for a single minute is not very helpful and understanding. Room 102 is full of bedbugs, and the stuff doesn’t acknowledge that. They deny it to death. I forced them to change my room to another bedbug free one, or else they wanted me to stay in this room for my 3 days stay. Generally not clean, there is a bad odor in the hotel rooms. "

If you want to rest without a noise it’s a good choice because the location is not so close to city center but also you can just walk down there. The staff is very friendly and helpful about any issue. Food prices of hotel are convenient, good balance with quality.
