"This was probably the nicest "cheap" hotel we've stayed in for a winter ski weekend in South Lake Tahoe. Comfortable king bed, renovated bathroom, spacious and clean... Our particular room even had lake views! My only complaint was the annoying automatic bathroom light that blinded us during nighttime pee breaks and could not be manually turned off."

"The room was clean but the bathroom sink cabinet showed considerable wear. The room was extremely warm/hot. We had to call the front desk as the pilot light was putting out too much heat. The lovely young lady came right over and turned it off. Making sure that I knew how to re-lught the pilot light in case we needed it later on. The bed was comfortable. The towels were pretty good, however they all seemed to be from different brands. All in all a pleasant time."
