Marble floors, no carpets, bad insulation (single glazed windows) and small radiators which were on for just 14 hours per day - and not in the night (23.00-07.00)! "Antique and quaint. Staff very friendly. Food very good and elegantly served. Amenities in room were lacking- no shampoo or conditioner, no instant coffee just tea. No skin lotion. The staff made up for shortcomings."
