"In the morning, the water from the shower was cold. I had to wait until later each morning, for the water to be hot enough to take a shower. And too, the sink in the room did not drain properly. However, despite what others have said, I had no problems with the window, which sealed properly and kept out most noise. The staff were all fairly friendly. "Great little hotel, quirky and colourful. Quite central and close to metro station. Nice shops and restaurants nearby. Staff could not be nicer, all very friendly and helpful and speak English. Good selection at breakfast for €16 each. Room to keep luggage after checkout. Lovely, well behaved dogs who seem to stay at the hotel reception during the day. "

"The property is well located right next to the Gare du Nord station which is very convenient, especially if you have early trains to take. The area is a little bit sketchy but nothing major to worry about in my perspective. The hotel itself was pretty clean and the staff was nice. I would stay again."
