"Room was poor condition. Entry door you could see daylight around it,no towel racks,sink was cracked,no cups ,limited towels. Drapes torn, secondary door lock was broken and unusable. Lots of maintenance items "

"This is a very nice Hampton Inn. We stayed here while we were visiting Frankenmuth. It was about a 10 minute drive to there which made it very convenient. We stayed for three nights and the only thing I didn't like was that we had to keep going to the front desk for towels and I caught up with someone in housekeeping one day and asked if i could give her our dirty towels because they were piling up with 4 people. "The owner was mowing and ended up throwing rocks and hitting our vehicle. Upon checking out the older man came to the window with what looked like sleeping clothes. And had a wifebeater shirt on, was very inappropriate for a buisness. However as in past reviews they stated that it was dirty but we did not find that to be an issue. It was clean and well maintained although it does need to be updated. I would stay again in a pinch. Being as it is out of town quite aways."

"The room was Sparkling clean. Beds were comfortable and made up excellently! Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee pot (coffee, cream, sugar provided) were all in good working order and very clean. The kitchenware, plates, cups, silverware were also very clean. There is No Maid Service at this motel. Not a problem. Manager provided his number and any fresh towels, linens, soap, shampoo, dish washing liquid, coffee required were delivered on the spot. Kind of unique, but the system was run smoothly....

"We were in town for a family event/the holiday weekend. We arrived just a little before official check in time, but the staff was extremely helpful and kind and checked us in really quickly. Our room was overall pretty clean. I was wishing we would have nightstands on both sides of the bed, but there was only one.
