"Check in receptionist was not the most friendly, check-in was carded for 3pm and they were not sure which room to place us in after 40 mins I had to ask for an update with very poor communication and no apology for the long wait. The other receptionist apologized for her co-worker. Thereafter, the 5 day stay was enjoyable. "

"The place was great. Cleanly facilities and well stocked with all amenities. Ronald greeted us and was quite friendly and helpful. The location was very close to the airport, malls and food etc. However on the last night of our stay, there was a rather loud pool party with non - guests. I'm assuming it was friends & family of the owners. We werent informed and we were simply subjected to the loud music and the loud personalities of the other guests until maybe around 1am"
