My only knocks are that they give you four cheap pillows and I struggled to make them comfortable enough to sleep vs two larger pillows of higher quality. My sleep was a 6 out of ten. I thought the mattress were great, but my 75 year old mother struggled to climb into her bed as the mattress are at least six inches higher than the standard bed. "This hotel is located across from Mercy One and adjacent to Wells Fargo Arena. First impressions were that it’s a well kept, nice hotel! Front desk staff were welcoming with a quick check in.
