"Overall cleanliness was good, though when I checked in I found a visible spill on one of the nightstands that had not been cleaned up (I cleaned it up). The biggest problem was in the second night, my sleep was interrupted at 3 a.m. by the smoke alarm chirping (indicating a low battery), and I wasn't able to get back to sleep for a couple of hours. " Meets my criteria; clean, comfy, quiet and affordable. Older property, pretty bare bones, but an amazing, responsive staff and the ownership knows what is necessary to maintain a budget property. Whenever I visit Phoenix, I stay here. Fridge, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, nice TV. Hot water in the shower. Bring your own cookware, etc. Only downside was terrible wifi. Security at night which is great. Pet people, pick up the poop, bags and disposal is provided. Convenience store right...

"Pretty raw... but decent for the price..no wifi u have to pay..friendly staff, but most of all the best upgrade premier made was change management!!! Hes friendly, nice and approachable...premier is in its stage of remodeling...it is looking good the most part.. food nearby and shopping as well... alot of homeless but thats everywhere..they are nice and helpful..just need a handup..look w a caring heart not w a snobby one... god forbid u dont EVER end up there... all in all premier is a good...
