"Poor signage. Doors just state “restaurant is closed”. No actual signage on the doors to indicate that you are entering the lobby of the hotel. Parking lot is icy and slippery. It last snowed 4 days prior. No care taken to ensure guest safety. "

"I loved every single thing except that I didn’t know the pool doesn’t work at the time of booking. We had to go across the street to use the other hotels pool, which is fine no big deal. Just wish it had told me at the time of booking! Everything else was perfect! "

When we got there was told immediately there was no pool. Had I knew that ahead of time I would never had booked a 3 night stay. False advertising and pictures online"
