"They had our booking for only 2 days, so we had some issues with the elevator, my 67 yr old husband had to walk 3 flights of stairs to our room. We couldn't program our tv's for the first 2 days, the front desk ladies were helpful especially the "mature" one w/ short hair the 3rd time. "First thing to note, the hotel is set back from the lake by a couple major roadways. A busy road runs right in front of it. The write up had me thinking this hotel would be right on the lake walk, with a lake view room I paid extra for. I was disappointed to find my lake view room looked at a busy road and construction with the lake in the distance.
