"I have stayed in over 1200 hotels in my life. THIS WAS THE WORST. STAY AWAY!!!! A power surge took out my laptop while I was in my room. This is obviously a huge problem. Staff were worse than useless with that problem and other requests. I asked them to recommend a computer repair place and they suggested a cell phone store. An Uber driver said it was "stupid" and took me to a computer repaid place. I asked their staff to recommend a gym (see below) and they recommended one over 1 km away....

Me dejaron en la calle a las 5 de la mañana con un frío polar cuando tenían la posibilidad de dejarme sentarme en un sillón de la recepción esperando la salida del sol para ir a buscar una cafetería y desayunar. Se negaron a limpiar la habitación durante varios días, tuve que solicitar el servicio de limpieza que, en cualquier hotel del mundo, se da a diario sin necesidad de pedirlo. Sin mencionar la falta de amabilidad y la informalidad del personal de recepción. Nada...
