There's a nice deck with two chairs and a small table. No in-room safe. Shower is in the middle of the bathroom and only curtain, not a tub or stall, so entire bathroom can get wet if you're not careful. One block from the beach. Two blocks downhill from the train station."

"I don’t speak Italian but that didn’t explain why the host was sat in the dark and obviously hadn’t check bookings because she was clearly shocked when I had booked a room. To save money all lights were out and it made navigating the stairs with a heavy bag quite precarious. No breakfast or coffee."

"Third time visiting this hotel bang in the centre of Genoa, but the first time as a family. The family room was really large and very comfortable. Sergio is very friendly and helpful and the central location cannot be beat. Even the old lift to the fourth floor is a bit of an adventure. There are plenty of places for breakfast just a few metres away, so no problems there. Will definitely be back!"
